A Registered User of RS422 Controller Component must have a fully paid up Licence provided by Sysworks or Authorised Agent thereof. The Registered User undertakes not to divulge the Licence to any other party and to take necessary care to prevent disclosure so as to prevent loss to Sysworks for the unauthorised use of RS422 Controller Component OCX.

As a registered user you have the right to use RS422 Controller Component OCX in your development environment on one machine only or on as many machines as you have purchased Licence.

You have the royalty free right to distribute your own application executables containing RS422 Controller Component and the RS422 Controller Component OCX file only bound into the distribution package in such a way that unauthorised use by a third party in a design environment is not possible. RS422 Controller Component may not be used as a constituent control of a compound control nor may it be used in any ActiveX server that allows the use in anyway by a third party software application unless a separate Licence for each application is purchased.

All Users
You are not permitted to reverse engineer, modify or decompile RS422 Controller Component OCX.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Sysworks be liable for any damages whatesoever of any kind.
