Description of VCR Timing Events software

This software allows you to control one or multiple VCRs based on time events. Record at certain time, Cue to some Timecode, Preroll, Play, FWD and many other functions. One window of the program will run for each VCR connected to the computer. VCR Timing can control as many VCRs as com ports available in the computer.

It is great to be used for automation in Broadcast companies, and TV studios.

Also is being used for VCR testing at repair shops, engineers are using this program for testing VCRs after repair for testing, and before for finding some failure. Doing this job manually use to cost large hours of expensive work hand, save a lot of time and money and leave the software do the tedious work.

Here shows when the events are taking place, through the time, the VCRs can also be controlled manually from the bottom panel.

Just run one instance of the software for each VCR controlled, will show #1, #2 .... #n, settings will be saved individually.

Add Event To List Screen

Access this window from the menu for add events to the list, in the case of using commands that require some extra data the software will ask for that information, If some event is doing Cue to some Timecode then the Timecode labels will activate, or if calling Shuttle then the Speed will be needed.

Options Screen

Set the com ports where the VCRs are connected to, and Time Code Type for each individual VCR connected to the computer. Also set time format AM-PM or 24hs.
